MSFS 2020 gk only goes to 70%

Hallo,

I have the following problem in the MSFS 2020 flight simulator:

Task Manager W10: GPU-3D shows me 100% GK performance in case I run some "activity" in the simulator. Some FPS correspond to this. If I play in normal

mode so GPU-3D shows me about 70% and FPS are about 30% lower.

In the two modes of the simulator different graphics utilization, this is not due to the drivers assumptions. Does anyone have any tips or similar experiences? Well thank you.

We can't tell what your system specs are, what monitor resolution you are running, what settings you have chosen?? You would need ALL that information to help you.

Are you saying that you get lower performance while doing the "Activities" than when you're doing a simple free flight?

 

If that is what you're saying, it could be down to aircraft type.... Which airplane were you using in the activitiy and for the free flight? If, say, the activity is in a 747, but the free flight is a C152, it would make some sense. More complex aircraft need a lot more system resources than the simple ones.

 

Also, some areas of the world can cause severe performance decreases. New York or London is very hard on any system, while Winnipeg probably wouldn't be.

 

So give us your PC specs and also explain the which aircraft you were using and where you were flying in both in the activity and free flight.
