Downwind66 Posted October 6, 2020 Posted October 6, 2020 Only thing wrong with this approach to landing, I forgot to disable the ATC screen for the pic! Oh well, would have been a better pic. I did manage to get some of the trees which are changing colors, which is nice for me, as our trees here in Florida do not change colors with the seasons! Rick

azzaro Posted October 7, 2020 Posted October 7, 2020 Not sure why pre-touchdown shots are always so powerful. The tension of expectation I guess? :) -- Bob [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] i7-7700 3.6GHz / GTX1660 6GB / 32GB RAM / 49" Samsung CHG90 / WIN10
Downwind66 Posted October 7, 2020 Author Posted October 7, 2020 Thanks Darren, David and Bob! I really do like the smaller Airbus aircraft A318,-A320's, and whenever I go back and get one out of the hangar, I always want more when it is "all said and done!" Thanks guys! Rick
Rupert Posted October 7, 2020 Posted October 7, 2020 Nice shots! and yes I'm often surprised to see ATC, GPS, etc. on posted screenies. If I didn't keep them on side screens I'd probably forget them too! Michael Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
NMLW Posted October 7, 2020 Posted October 7, 2020 A nice one Rick. I always like seeing Frontier's beautiful tail art. :) Larry
Downwind66 Posted October 8, 2020 Author Posted October 8, 2020 Thanks Michael and Larry! Rick
