XBOX controller profile of MSFS has a bug

Dear flight simulator friends,

 

I use an XBOX controller. Unfortunately the rudder does not work properly. If I press the RT and LT buttons slowly, the rudder wobbles. This happens with wireless and USB.My guess: The reason is the interface software. The bug occurs with all aircraft.

 

Can anyone confirm this?

Whenever I get jitters in my axis control, I find dirt or dust is usually the culprit. Don't have an X-Box controller so don't know if this might be your problem. I can cure mine with a blast of compressed air in and around the pots. Might be worth a try...

I'm using a wired Xbox 360 controller. Have not had ANY issues at all with it.

 

When you say you "press the RT and LT buttons slowly, the rudder wobbles.", I hope you mean pressing one or the other and not both at the same time.

 

Do you by chance have the auto rudder left on? If so uncheck it.

 

I also created my own custom setup specifically with the left and right index finger buttons (Not the rudder axis which I left as is) for left and right differential braking which helps steer the plane around on the runways.
