twinter374
Long time Lurker and simmer. Bought a new PC just for this game and I can not get it to run. Specs.. Ryzen 7 3700x 8 core 16 MB ram Geforce Rtx 2060 super windows 10 ver 2004 Bought though Steam. Some time it will load to the screen with the TBM and hangs. Black screen for 2 minutes before that. Sometimes when you get to the set my experience screen, it crashes to the desktop. Have had this for 4 days and has never got it to run. Shall I just wait for the patch? I have tried everything. It will not run in safe mode. Gives a fatal error D3D11Renderer_z. This is my first high spec gaming machine.. Seems they are very finicky as I have other problems with games from Steam. P.e.g.a.s.u.s
learpilot's helpful reply aside, your specs aren't far from mine, so at face value you should get the sim to run. I take it for granted that your PC runs smooth when it isn't runnig games. The game software is unlikely to be the problem, and waiting for a patch probably won't solve anything. As you bought the PC for the sim, then chances are it isn't quite up to date. A few ideas: upate to the latest nvidia graphics drivers. Close other programs, including vpn connections. Install on an SSD with sufficient overhead space, if possible. Do not use excessive monitor resolutions. However, you do say you have problems with other games, so you may need to do a bit more brainstorming. Try the technical forum. Cheers. ^^^^ ´´´\/``` AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, 48GB RAM, RTX 2070S, 2x1TB Nvme SSD. FSX Gold, XP-11, MSFS.

Try to update the drivers, Nvidea launched a new driver for MSFS launch.
