kahngrotbo
When you land at an airport in some aircraft the rudder suddenly pulls to the left or right and you can see the rudder moving so I know it inst a rotational torque issue. I have check axis and sensitivity but no fix. Anyone have a solution to this yet?
eric_marciano
I also noticed this but I thought it was the torque effect. It is surprising because engine power is idle when landing, so torque effect should be almost null. I never saw the rudder moving but I will pay attention next time. Anyway, I have no fix for this... tiger1962
Guys, it's one of the Assistance settings. Go to Options/Assistance/Piloting and switch "Take-off Auto-Rudder" to Off. I've switched all the Piloting assistance settings Off except "Delegate ATC to AI", which is very useful. Tim Wright "The older I get, the better I was..." eric_marciano
I am surprised because I have switched this assistance off since the beginning... Anyway, I have just made a quick test flight with the Bonanza and it worked perfect, no rudder problem. Did they update FS in the meantime? I can't believe it... I looked for this solution with no joy until I found your solution. Quick and simple!
plainsman
Once again, an assumed "bug" turns out to be simply something a manual would fix.
