Ralie25
Hi all, Recently used the latest Nemeth S76 and when I shut the aircraft down, the gauges continued as if the engine was still running. The rotor indicator went to zero, the sound stopped, and the blades stopped, but all the gauges continued as if the engines were still running. Is there any way to fix this? Thanks, Ralie25
mrzippy
Did you turn off all electrical power? Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
Ralie25
Yes I did for sure, followed the checklists entirely. Of note however it didn't happen when loading the aircraft from the default settings of the Mooney. Haven't noticed it before and have flown the S76 a few times. Something that annoys me about it though - detracts from the experience. Another thing is, the battery drains even when all the electrics are turned off. This means that you HAVE to use external power to start it. Any suggestions on how to fix this appreciated too. Again back to the gauges, I tired turning everything on and off again, battery on and off again, etc and the same thing applies, gauges remain as engine is running. mrzippy
In the aircraft.cfg is there any reference to "Electrical always available"? If so, put 2 slashes in front of it. //Electrical always available Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
Ralie25
Indeed reached this conclusion from Google searches. Pretty sure I did this, however will try again. Also, any ideas with the gauges?? Best
