Banned at orbx - how do i get support now? Grrrrrrr! They need to think about that

Hey all -

I have an issue with Orbx Homer Alaska.

I bought it last week and it hangs about three quarters complete unwrapping the installer.

I even tried in safe mode - it just hangs. No error messages, nothing. Just a hanging application and it stops working. I know because sometimes I'm listening to iTunes when trying it, and it goes 6 songs without even finishing. Still at the same level as before.

I was banned from their forums before for over posting on a support issue. I'm sorry, I have the time, I report back. No reason to ban someone. I also left an HONEST review about that experience, so I was banned for life.

They need to think about that when they ban people because then it is impossible to get support afterward.

Do any of you have any idea? I tried running as System admin, no luck. I think I will be dropping orbx again if I don't get support. This is expensive enough. I don't need their BS on top of it. This is rediculious.

Thanks for any thoughs, theories, ideas.

Guess it's not just me then! I'll leave another really honest review about this too on their page if I don't get the support I'm entitled to.

Spread the word about your happening! Maybe more people won't buy them then.
