Airplane Livery Disappears during flight

My flights always start out fine. Plane looks fine. But somewhere along the line the airplane's exterior paint/livery disappears and I'm left with just a white aircraft. All the other parked 747's look like they have the same problem. I regularly fly KLAX to KSFO practicing various failures. Is it because the airports can be a bit more detailed/sucking up CPU resources as I get close, so certain textures don't show?

I fly default 747 with Air Canada livery I added and has always run fine for months. No add-on airports. Only other variable is that I use GSX.

Are you using any AI? If so, test with it off.

Did some clean-up/maintenance and yeah, lots of dust to remove. (well . . .not lots but enough to clog the fan exhaust). Flew this morning with no problems. Thanks guys.
