AidenMillar
Hey guys, So sorry about the last post, I meant United Traffic Team and not Ultimate Traffic. My question for United Traffic Team is the same one I had for my other post, basically how do I install the airlines I have downloaded onto Fs2004? -Aiden
pschlute
You install them the same way as you have been advised in other threads. Add aircraft to the aircraft folder and compile the plans with TTools or AIFP.
AidenMillar
Ok so I compiled the Airlines on TTools successfully, but how do I add the aircraft to the game?
pschlute
Ok so I compiled the Airlines on TTools successfully, but how do I add the aircraft to the game? The same way you were advised in your Ethiopian AI post. You should add the aircraft first. If the name in your title= entry in the aircraft.cfg file does not match the aircraft.txt file you are compiling with, you will not see the traffic. AidenMillar
Hi Mr.Pschlute, What exactly do you mean by: "You should add the aircraft first. If the name in your title= entry in the aircraft.cfg file does not match the aircraft.txt file you are compiling with, you will not see the traffic."? Like, what do you mean by that? mrzippy
While pschlute is offline, maybe I can help to enlighten. Let's pretend you have a flight plan for an Alaska Airlines 737-800 scheduled for a certain airport. The flightplan or aircraft.txt file that was compiled calls for Boeing 737-800w Alaska Airlines. In the aircraft.cfg file of the AI plane, make sure it looks something like this: [fltsim.0] title=Boeing 737-800w Alaska Airlines sim=OSBoeing737-800w model= panel= sound= Texture=alaska Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer! StringBean
As these are pretty basic questions that you are asking I suggest you start with this tutorial- http://michaelstanton.net/ai/tutorial.htm If you are using TTools (and I think you are) you should also read the documentation that comes with TTools. peace, the Bean WWOD---What Would Opa Do? AidenMillar
Hi Mr.Zippy, In my AI Aircraft folder (Its a Boeing 777-300ER) I have all the correct lines copied and everything for each airline. Everything is copied correctly, just no AI Aircraft shows up for the airlines I downloaded it for. -Aiden

pschlute
Hi Mr.Zippy, In my AI Aircraft folder (Its a Boeing 777-300ER) I have all the correct lines copied and everything for each airline. Everything is copied correctly, just no AI Aircraft shows up for the airlines I downloaded it for. -Aiden Post on here the [fltsim.x] entries for the aircraft from the aircraft.cfg file, and also the contents of the aircraft.txt file which you are using to compile.
