All aircrafts power themselves off after 20 minutes on ground

Hello all. This is my second thread ever. I needed help on this issue I'm having.

 

I have been using mostly default aircraft lately, and I recently found out that, after turning on the battery of any aircraft (let's say, the default beech King Air 350), after 20 or so minutes whilst stationary on ground, the aircraft suddenly powers off completely, without any chance of turning it back on. It's like if I lacked any external power, but it's funny because you really can't connect any ground power to any default aircraft, and just the 737 or the A320 have a basic APU system. So it's very frustrating this is happening and I have no idea what does the airplane really want or what am I forgeting, again, because there is no way of connecting an external power.

 

Just this year I switched from FS2004 to FSX SE, and this was definitely not an issue before. Any ideas? Am I forgetting any silly item?

Yes, you have to recharge the batteries if stationary on the ground for any length of time with the engines off and generators not working.

 

Change your pattern of flow and: Start engines earlier in cycle; switch to ground power(for those aircraft that permit); use FSUIPC to extend battery life or get through the startup checks quicker.

Yes, you are forgetting that you have the battery on and it's powering different things in the aircraft. The battery will lose power and everything powers down after a certain amount of time.. You need the engines running and generators/alternators running to keep the battery charged.
