2D Panel Aircraft

I am looking for payware aircraft, or freeware, that still offer a complete 2D panel. Can anyone recommend anything? Seems like most payware aircraft are 3D panel only nowadays. I am old school I guess.

You may want to be a bit more specific in your request. GA aircraft, Tubeliners, Gliders? Plenty of good aircraft in the file library that should suit your needs.

Thanks! I guess I would be interested in a small or medium size twin, piston or turbine. Maybe single engine turbine, TBM or PC-12. I'll go check the file library.

Thanks again!

Just check the aircraft description before downloading. It should say something about 2D/3D panels.

Philippe Wallaert creates outstanding 2D wide (16:9) panels, and most of his work is available on neighbor site Simvation.com. Search for his name and you'll find his and others' 2D-panel equipped aircraft.

Lionheart Creations (payware) have 2D panels as standard: http://www.lionheartcreations.com/Flightshop.html

Premaircraft (freeware) are also well worth a look: https://www.premaircraft.com/new_aircraft_menu/index.html

Kasey - You're not alone in the 2D preference. What I like about the 2D panels, I have the flexibility of adding/moving gauges/instruments around to my liking. With 3d panels, what you see is what you get! No moving options!

And, I too agree with ftldave on the Philippe Wallaert panels! I have several on the aircraft that I have! He mentions the 16:9 wide panel, but also affords one the 4:3 standard panel with the same download. Very nice panels, indeed!

Good luck and enjoy. Also, welcome to the FlightSim.com forums!
