PIC B737 FS9 Autothrottle issue

Good evening all,

I am having an issue with the PIC 737 that is driving me up the wall.

I am running FS9 and have the most recent (patched?) copy of PIC 737.

Everything works just fine, apart from the Autothrottle. Once armed and then managing the speed, the autothrottle tends to use each engine to manage speed separately and not together.

Engine 1 can be at climb setting while engine 2 is almost at flight idle.

I have goggled this for a few days and cant find an answer.

Any help would be so greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance!

Matt

Sounds like either whatever you use for a default flight or, of you load that plane form a saved flight, you had hit "E+1" or "E+2". This seperates the throttle controls. Drives me nuts. You can try hitting E then 1 then 2 real fast, which is supposed to "rejoin" the throttles to a single control, OR add the SelectCorrect gauge by Rob Barendregt. it puts them back much more reliably, and is available in the library here.

OR you can load the game's original default flight which is the default C172 in Seattle, and THEN load in your PIC 737, not from a previously saved flight, though, from the aircraft select screen, so you get a clean load-in.

Hope all this babbling helps a little...

Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again!
