any way of removing the top window bar on a popped out GNS530 window?

i recently got my hand on a little 4:3 monitor and i wanted to use it for the GNS530. i removed the bezel but when i put it on the monitor it does not take up the whole screen because there is a windows window bar on the top with the minimize, maximize and exit button. is there any way to get it to take up the whole screen?
