The most recent, and last version ever, was FSX that came out in 2006. The latest incarnation of it is know as FSX: Steam Edition but it's still essentially the same sim from 2006: https://store.steampowered.com/app/314160/Microsoft_Flight_Simulator_X_Steam_Edition/ If you really want a current 2018 level sim, you'll need to move to something like X-Plane 11 or Prepar3D v4.
