Multiple Screens in FSX Steam Edition?

I just switched to the SE for FSX on a reformat and am trying to get it to widescreen on my three monitors the same as I did in FSX. fsxFOV3 apparently doesn't talk to it at all, not that it matters because I can't get FSX SE to conform to the 5760 x 1080 needed to span the three screens. Things I tried. Changing the false to true on the widescreen in the FSX-SE.cfg, Changing settings in the Display settings. Any tips on going full screen with the alt/enter and getting it not to distort?

Thanks in advance

I'm running FSX SE with three monitors with 5760x1080 resolution. The only problem I had in setting it up was getting the scenery in the right order on the screens. My frame rates seemed to have dropped down a good bit though. My graphics card is an Asus GTX 960 with 4 GB DDR5 memory. If your's isn't working I don't think it's the Steam Edition.

Have you set up nvidia Surround? Otherwise you will not get it to span the three screens. You do not need fsxFOV3 unless you want to deliberately run a distorted image. I am confused by your last question, which seems unrelated to the main problem you are describing.

Thanks for the feedback. Mark to you - Yup, Had it running in FSX earlier and surround 5760 x1080 scenery jpgs as desk tops. And it is tricky to get them in order BigT. Anyway, equipped with your reported success kept at it until it worked. Still not sure why it didn't right out of the gate but its probable I typoed in the widescreenaspect portion of the FSX.cfg. Thanks all for the input.

What I have set up is this. I am using 5760 x 1080 but not in full screen I cut the end monitors down to about half screens and there is very little distortion and I still get a nice wide view. When i'm flying I set my background to black and I've moved all my desktop icons to the center so they don't show. It looks pretty good.
