Saitek X52 Pro Pinky Trigger

Thought I might post here anyone have issues with the Saitek X52 Pro the Pinky Trigger on the Joy Stick suddenly every once in a while mess up the calibration like a sudden short if I use it. I have it mapped for the parking brake but it fails even with it unmapped. I am not using any Saitek profiles or software just the driver. just started happening , I reset everything to default but still causing grief. Any and all ideas welcome. I also noticed the text on the throttle quadrant started actually displaying what each button is mapped to by default. Don't ever remember that feature working.
