British United Airways flight 221 is a Douglas DC-6A Freighter on a flight from Doha, Qatar to Bahrain RAF Muharraq (OTBD - OBBI). We have 1,500 gallons of fuel on board for this short 91 mile flight of about forty minutes. The weather is fair with moderate high cloud cover. We will be cruising at an altitude of 8,000 feet.

Awesome Larry, its like watching a mini documentary on aviation. BUA DC-6 doing this run in the Arabian Gulf area. Thank you for sharing. Love the last picture with the Hunters dispersed. NB with a DC-6 no wonder the first response it prompted came from Jan -heheheheh.... :pilot: ;) :D
