svpst Posted July 29, 2017 Posted July 29, 2017 RealAir seems to have bitten the dust. I read that Fligh1 was handling their stuff but just heard back from them they have nothing to do with it? Anyone heard anything else. All I need is the Config file for the 6.0 V2 Turbine. Somehow that got deleted apparently. Any help is appreciated. Brian W. mrzippy Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 That .cfg wouldn't happen to be resting comfortably in yor Recycle Bin? Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
svpst Posted July 30, 2017 Author Posted July 30, 2017 Thank you! I googled realair and everthing I tried to open was just blank. So, with your information, i tried again to get support. I waited a longgggg time before that window opened but it finally did. I hear patience is a virtue, but who is virtuous these days. Anyway I sent them an email with recepit of purchase and we'll see what happens. Thanks again! Brian W. I5-8400, EVGA GTX 1070.ti, 16 gigs ram, 500g Samsung SSD, 1.5 T HDD, 1 T HDD, Win 10, 64bit.
napamule2 Posted July 30, 2017 Posted July 30, 2017 If you had googled 'Real Air downloads' (instead of 'support', or 'home') you would have gotten the page with the files you need in 15 seconds. DOWNLOADS is what you want. Not conversation with (none existing) support. svpst Posted July 31, 2017 Author Posted July 31, 2017 When I tried to download the download, it said they didn't have a record of my purchase, so I opened a ticket and sent them a copy of my receipt. I think I tried evey password I've ever used and I had purchased 3 products from them but it didn't like it. So, let's see what happens. Brian W.
