IOW: the Flight Computer system does that when the launch bar is down and flaps either 1/2 or full, so the nose will rise to the normal +12 degree "fly-away" attitude after a launch. Remember that the pilot has both hands off the controls (on the panic handles, sometimes :) ) and the computer is flying the plane for the first few seconds of the launch. once the "WOW! What a RUSH!!" phase of the launch is over, the pilot reaches down and grabs the controls.

Only time the pilot touches anything during launch is if he needs to select Afterburners during the cat stroke, which can happen at certain weights and/or configurations. He/she still keeps their hand off the stick, however.

As far as I know, unless the modeled FCS (Flight Control System) has that built in, there is no way to get the bird to do that from the cockpit, in the filght sims.

Hope this helps a little bit.

Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again!

You can add +4.00 (up) pitch trim, but get ready to remove it as you climb. This trim setting will give you 'appearance' of having 'rudders toed in'. In other words, this will cause the nose to pitch up more than usual, if that is what you want. The other thing I would try is extending the spoiler as that will give some pitch 'moment' when you reach 'flying' speed (not technical but you know what I mean). Remove trim and spoiler, and you're off.
