DX10 texture filtering issue

On my system, using DX10 seems to cause an interesting graphical issue, which to me seems to look like a texture filtering issue. It seems to only affect terrain textures and not buildings or runways, and changing the filtering settings both through FSX and Nvidia Inspector doesn't fix it. I am using FSX-SE, and as far as I can see, it isn't a very common problem so I haven't been able to find any help. I have attached an image of the graphical issue.


Any help would be much appreciated
