ronzie
If you apply a complete new corrected magnetic declaration file be aware that some especially advanced aircraft (like some PMDG models) ended up with tracks parallel to that indicated on the flight plan. This was on a "classic" PMDG forum some time ago. The default file that gets changed by some scenery add-ons is magdec.bgl in FS9/Scenery/Base/scenery folder. Make a backup of that file in case you run into problems. KMSP - Minnesota: Land of 10,000 Puddles Support Team [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

PhantomTweak
Try doing a search in the library for "magdec2005.zip" (no quotes, of course). I've found mine get's corrupted every now and then no matter what I do, so I keep a copy of the original and the new one in a subfolder of the /Scenery/Base/scenery folder, and when it get's corrupted, simply swap it out for the other, restart FS9, shut down FS9 put new one back in and start FS9, and voila! All fixed :) Pat☺ [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Had a thought...then there was the smell of something burning, and sparks, and then a big fire, and then the lights went out! I guess I better not do that again! aero744
You can always find the most recent magdec.bgl here: http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids.html Browse Herve's website for other useful tools. Sent from my Galaxy S4 using Tapatalk
mgh
Although http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids.html changes magdec it does not change VORs or NDBs. You should use EasyNavs from the same site to do this.
aero744
Although http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids.html changes magdec it does not change VORs or NDBs. You should use EasyNavs from the same site to do this. Herve made it for us already :) - you can download an all-in-one package for FS9 from http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids2.html without fiddling with Easynavs. And for FSX - http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids3.html. Make sure to backup your default FS files first... Hope this helps!
