Problems installing 787 panel

I tried installing the 787 panel of Marco Spada and the only thing I got on my screen was the Green HUD. The rest of the screen was black.

 

Then I tried the 787 panel of Ken Wigginton and this time I got a panel but black holes instead of buttons or gauges.

I'm new to FSX... I've been reading alot but no sucess... I know I'm missing something really stupid, but if anyone can help me, it would be very very much appreciated.!!!

This is one of the 4 Ken Wigginton 787 panels. It came with an 82MB Gauges folder. Those gauges needed to be copy/pasted into either your Main FSX Gauges folder or into the Ken Wigginton panel folder.
