jimtrouble
Hello. I have a problem with my sim. Suddenly it started to open but not appearing on any of my 3 screens. I can see it running normally on task manager but nothing more. When I go to windows display settings and press detect, it shows 1 more screen with "Display not detected". Any ideas on how to solve it? Thanks
vgbaron
try deleting your prepar3d.cfg file and see if that helps. If you have a lot of custom settings, just rename the cfg file so you can copy them to the new one. noahweber
This is usually an issue with your DLL.xml and/or EXE.xml files. Most likely an add-on is failing to launch properly and thus P3D is not fully loading. You can try locating the files and disabling the add-ons within them by changing the "Disabled" value from "False" to "True." The files are in your AppData and ProgramData folders, which are hidden by default. You can Google the exact file locations and instructions for showing hidden files and folders. I'm on my phone so I won't type it all out here but if you need more clarification let me know and I'll elaborate when I get to a computer. A simpler fix might be to reinstall FSUIPC. Maybe try that first before messing with the .XML files... Good luck and let me know if you'd like more explicit instructions. -Noah http://s6.postimg.org/a9i0d43tt/Capture.jpg
