scottb613
Hi Folks, Quick question - what's the "best" (quality vs performance) format for textures in P3D ? Typically - I've been converting my 32 Bit BMP's to DDS... I've noticed many of the payware vendors leaving the files in BMP format - yet they are unreadable in a normal image viewer - what are they using BMP's with DXT5 compression ??? Thanks... Regards, Scott
Wildthing
DDS gives better image clarity. Converting normal textures to 32 bit BMP can be easily done using a simple freeware tool.
