westway
For some reason my LED screen on the Saitek X52 throttle has stopped illuminating and the only way to get it lit is to do a PC restart. All the latest software and drivers are installed. So does anyone know how to correct this issue? Thank you.
mabe5454
Go to the Saitek Ctrl-Pnl and adjust LED screen illumination for the X52. Cheers,

Rupert
A FSUIPC issue? First I'd re-download the Saitek drivers. If that didn't work I'd do the same thing with FSUIPC. In my case from time to time I have issues with Saitek communications and a re-download has always cured it so far. However I do have registered FSUIPC. I have heard of various random issues with the free version. I don't which version you have. If it's free and the new downloads don't help, I'd go for the registered version. It's like it's "married" to that one USB port I originally programmed it in. Weird but I've never fully investigated it. It still works normally though in the other USB port minus the light, so I just let it be.. mabe5454
From day one I decided the lights were not needed so I deemed them out from the Saitek Ctrl-Pnl. Nice feature. Then, I realized that using the USB from the desktop was not the way to go and therefore I bought an external USB hub with its own power. So when they are not needed, Saitek is off completely along with the pedals btw. Windows 10 handle everything for the on & off cycles without any problems. BartZiemski
I also found that different USB port causes this problem sometimes. I can't understand why but it does. On mine 52PRO throttle lights (green and red) are off but I think they are just brocken :( Sent from my E6653 using Tapatalk Bart
