Sounds for FS9 Converted Aircraft

I have an aircraft converted from FS9. The sound folder for the aircraft has a Sound folder. In the Sound folder there is a sound.cfg which calls for all the events sounds. There are entries for flaps, gear etc. The Sound folder has the required wav files as listed in the sound.cfg.

There are no flaps or gear sounds played in FSX for this aircraft.

Is there a way to get the sounds to play?

Tanks, Bob.

It's over at FlyAway Sim dot Com. Looks like there is a v1 and a v2 and they must be installed (AND un-installed) under different names (folders). 54 Mb.

Dave Garwood has sound files for jets. Maybe not the Fokker. But they work good for it and Chris Petersen modified them and they have all the flaps, gear, etc sounds. The sound file I looked at are for the Hawker Hunter but they will work good for the Fokker. Use Search here at FltSimCom to find. They were made back in 2006 but will work in FS9 and FSX.

Edit: Found sound here at FltSimCom: 'f701real.zip', 2005, 29.2 Mb, by C. Petersen.
