bermershof
This week a friend of mine cleaned up my computer. After this was done my FS2004 won't start anymore. I reinstalled it several times with no result(s). After installing: a. the program gives the message: "Activate the FS2004-program as Administrator". I never had this message before. As far as I know I have activated all the administrator-points. I also tried all the compatibility actions. Nothing works. What must I do to start my FS2004 again? tiger1962
Some users have found that they have to roll-back the 8.1 update to 8.0, which loses any programs installed onto 8.1, then install FS2004 before re-applying the 8.1 update and re-installing any lost programs. Roger Wensley
I had Windows 8 installed for four days, updated to Windows 8.1 for two days, and then installed Windows 7. After two years I have no regrets, only a lingerinig suspicion of any new Windows products, aptly portrayed in the tv ads for the Apple operating system.
