Strange Security Warning

I've finally almost finished my scenery installs on FSX but have fun into a strange one. After rebooting my computer I tried to load FSX. It would sit with the little spinning curser for about 10-15 seconds then just disappear as though I hadn't tried to load it. If I watched on my task manager the FSX task would disappear.

I deleted my fsx.cfg file so it would build a new one and came up with a security warning. (shown in the picture) If I told it not to run the program would load up just fine. However if I ran this file the same thing would happen as it did in the beginning. I finally told it not to ever run this .exe file and everything seems to be ok now but I'm wondering what it is. Does anyone know, and is it harmful to leave it?

If I remember right, that comes from an Italian developer, FSDreamteam, I think. They make some Hawaiian airports, Lihue, Kona, PHOG and a couple others. That add on manager is part of the copy protection. You would download the product, test it for a few minutes, then buy it via the add on manager.

It seems to be part of FSDT (FSDreamTeam) software.

Google: virtuali addon manager fsx

Has to do with authentication (licence) and installing of their software.

Some people report issue's with their addon managerand get advised to make sure they are using the latest version.

Looks like you can install addon manager seperately.

ok, I did download a version of O'Hare by dreamteam to see what it looked like. I'm not all that impressed so I will probably uninstall it. That should make the problem go away, right?
