wschneid
I am trying to program a joystick/throttle and I want to have the Map a button, but I can't find which keystrokes to use. Anyone have a solution. wschneid
llivaudais
use any key on the joystick that isn't already in use... I use button 8 on my MS sidewinder. Use "assign joystick button" function in setting > controls. LL Hooked since FS4... now flying: self-built i7-4790 at 4 GHz; GA-Z97X mobo; GTX 970; 16GB gskill; quiet, fast and cool running. mrzippy
Wrong with my last post!!!!! Program the indicated control for your joystick button! Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
wschneid
Thanks, but I've done that already. I want to make a profile for a Saitek joystick/throttle, so I need some key combination. wschneid
jmfabio
wschneid, You can assign any key combination that is not used by another command. Then you can use that combination in your Saitek profile. Look at Zippy's picture above where he has the MAP (display/hide) command highlighted. Go into settings-control (for keyboard) and make up a key combination, click new assignment, type in your combination and click ok. get out of settings-control by clicking ok and use you new map command in your Saitek profile.
