I'm trying to get a good atc for fs9 freeware or payware,and have come across a few that seem quite interesting for example: Pro flight emulator,rc4,FDC live cockpit. I got it several years ago then never used it; the main issue I had with all such add-ons was they did not work as the default ATC did. The default isn't great but at least it tracks you wherever you are with no intervention on your part; the add-ons I tried required you to start them, program your flight into them, then start the sim and fly that flight.
