annber
Just had my internet/tv switched to Frontier from Verizon fios. It is by far the most unprofessional and bad service I have ever had, period. I cannot use ASN to get real weather as I fly, I cannot download Sbuilderx tiles to create photoscenery, etc. Lost internet two days after the switch, created a ticket for service three different times, nobody showed up any of those times. What a way to ruin my flying experience. ANNBER https://www.facebook.com/Photosim-Labs-133663917277630/
mrzippy
I have Comcast TV/Internet and no complaints. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!
Jim Robinson
Is this satellite internet by any chance? If so I also have problems with ASN and google tiles unless I turn off "web accelleration" in the modem settings. EDIT: Also anything from mediafire. annber
It's not satellite Jim, it's fiber optics originally marketed by Verizon as "fios", which worked great. Then Verizon sold the rights to Frontier in a few states for around $4 billion, but along the way they discarded customer service, fast internet, reliable service, etc. The Internet is overflowing with complaints, and what blows my mind is that they apparently are not FCC regulated.
