maciconte
Is it a good idea to remove every joystick button binding within FSX when using FSUIPC. I just purchased the full version of FSUIPC and I hear it does wonders for those who are having problems with contoller buttons doing two things at the same time. For example, I have the saitek throttle quadrant with the yoke and its throttle quadrant along with the x52. My issue is I've assigned one of the levers to control the flaps in the ngx737and I barely move it and it goes to flaps 15, when I move it back it only goes to flap 1. It's like it doesn't have the full range or something. Feeling g frustrated with it, that's why I got the paid version of FSUIPC. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. pyroman6x9x9
Hi Maciconte, You dont need to remove every joystick setting, just simply uncheck the "enable controllers" option in FSX(settings>controls>calibration tab) then let FSUIPC handle all your joystick programming. Im running 2 yokes, 2 pedals, a X52 stick and much more all in FSUIPC. And yes, programming in FSUIPC while leaving it enabled in FSX will cause conflicts (dual inputs usually cancelling themselves out) for inputs that are programmed in both. Hope this helps AMD FX8320 @ 4.4Ghz water cooled - 8GB DDR3 1866Mhz - 2 Geforce 480's 1.5GB each (non-sli) 2Seat SimPit - 8 Monitors - Saitek Gear -

f16jockey_2
I have the controllers ENABLED and I did REMOVE every joystick setting. Except for the POV-hat, as imo FSUIPC can't handle it good enough. I've used pyroman's approach for a while as well, but came back from it. I noticed FSX re-enabling the controllers sometimes for whatever reason, resulting in unexpected inputs. Wim
