csmj
Hello All, FS2004 - I've been downloading some regional turboprop liners and learning to fly them. This one is the Mike Stone Saab 340B (ssaab340.zip) and I also have several of the repaints for it. I like the way it flies and decided to make a tour of Florida with it. I live in West Palm Beach so I started there at Palm Beach International (PBI) and flew the first leg to Ft. Lauderdale Int'l (KFLL) out over the ocean. I made a number of screen shots, but only these three I felt were worthy of posting here. I will continue the tour with the plane in different liveries. The trees in this scenery were created by the Birds Eye View scenery product for USA and Canada. Clayton Coming into Ft. Lauderdale from the ocean The VASI says the plane is low but it was using the ILS (I paused the flight and turned it off for the shot) Over the runway My FS web site: http://www.cjcom.net/FS-a.htm with screen shots and short articles. pilotposer
"I like the way it flies", that says it all when it comes to FS9. You are enjoying the sim the way it was meant to be, fun. I too enjoy Mike's aircraft, they are always fun to tweak and paint. Keep exploring in the FS archives, there are a lot of gems just waiting to be discovered, painted, tweeked and of course fly. pilotposer
I like most of Mike's single and twin props. His panels are not the best but with FS Panel you can start fresh and design your own using the main bitmap. There is a jet he made named Stone Lift king. This craft is huge, has an interesting digital panel and challenging to fly. GS Smith.net has all of Mikes planes and paints in one spot.

It also has Milton Shupe planes. BTW for other readers the correct web site is this http://www.gjsmith.net I think he made a typo.
