Lord_Nibbo
For months my FSX has worked perfectly. Yesterday I bought Meigs Field an addon airport from Steam on installing it, it completely wrecked my Scenery list within FSX i.e. hundreds of sceneries had no names. so I reinstalled FSX from a backup and stopped Steam from downloading Meigs Field again. Now every time I run FSX everything seems fine until I end a flight and try to close down FSX at that point I get a fatal error message i.e. crash to desktop. Which means the only way I can start FSX is to delete the "appcache" folder in the Steam folder and then reboot the computer. Below is the error report from my computer General Faulting application name: fsx.exe, version: 10.0.62615.0, time stamp: 0x559f9a9a Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.19045, time stamp: 0x56258e62 Exception code: 0xc0000029 Fault offset: 0x00090b0a Faulting process id: 0x1fc Faulting application start time: 0x01d13aaea5acf555 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\fsx.exe Faulting module path: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ntdll.dll Report Id: d32a27c7-a6a4-11e5-aa9a-382c4ab5a506 Details fsx.exe 10.0.62615.0 559f9a9a ntdll.dll 6.1.7601.19045 56258e62 c0000029 00090b0a 1fc 01d13aaea5acf555 C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\fsx.exe C:\Windows\SysWOW64\ntdll.dll d32a27c7-a6a4-11e5-aa9a-382c4ab5a506 Is there anything I can do to get this working correctly again?
