About This File
FS2004 RAAF Viscount 836 1968. Built for Trans Australia as VH-TVR this aircraft was not delivered to TAA. After time spent in the USA it became one of a pair bought by the RAAF for VIP duties. Together with another machine bought from the Iranian Government they were delivered in the autumn of 1964. This later variation of the RAAF livery sees the bare metal painted light grey and larger fuselage roundels. Both aircraft were sold at the end of 1969 after being replaced by BAC One-Eleven jets. A different used aircraft later joined TAA as VH-TVR. Requires the FSDS Viscount 800 model by Rick Piper. By Garry Russell.
