FS98 Scenery--St. Maarten. Very high detailed scenery of Philipsburg, St. Maarten, Princess Juliana Int'l (SXM / TNCM) on the Netherlands Antilles, Caribbean Sea. Scenery includes airport with all navaids, ATIS, realistic terminal buildings, marshallers, hangars, static aircraft and airport equipment, dynamic ground and air traffic. Also the famous "Sunset Beach" is included with real "beachlife" - sunbathing people, original warning signs (low flying aircraft!), the Sunset Beach Bar, the Caravanserai Hotel, photorealistic palms, ships and more.
