FS Atmosphere 98 v0.1 (alpha). FS_ATM98 reads standard METAR reports, provided by NOAA (USA), and sets cloud layers, wind, visibility, temperature, dew point, pressure for realistic flying in MSFS 98. It works in two modes: single report mode and METAR cycle mode. By Vladimir Davidovsky.
