The ATC calls airport Kilo Papa Lima Uniform. Original airport was called by ATC Pierce County. If you wish, you can use Edit Voicepack application to associate KPLU to Pierce County.
The original 1S0 airport still shows in NAV charts, so please ignore it. It could be removed from NAMW scenery (AP915150). BUT! this bgl contains most Washington and Oregon airports. Although it would probably be doable, the reliable sources advised against it.
