I redid the 2D cockpit and corrected the dynamics of the MiG-31M Foxhound.

Changes in the MiG-31 for FSX:
- I made a left pop-up panel, on which I installed: a thruster assembly with fuel valves and a flap release panel 0-40gr.
- made the right pop-up panel, on which I installed: ARC remote control (temporarily), Radio remote control, switcher
- over the compass KI-13 set Call icons of the left and right pop-up panels, GPS, maps, radio panels of the simulator
- repainted 3D cockpit
