FS2004 Scenery--Molson Lake Lodge CKJ8 In North Manitoba Canada. Molson Lake Lodge is at the western end of Molson Lake, on a point of land which protrudes into the lake from the northern shore. The lake is 40 miles northeast of Norway House, which was an excellent airfield scenery when it was posted many years ago (not by me) and still is today. The lodge has a jetty and caters for float plane arrivals, and is now at least twice the size it was in 2010. The airfield is on the shore of the lake around 3 miles northwest of the lodge, and connected by a road along the shoreline. Presumably that was the nearest piece of flat land where an east-west orientation could be achieved. The only feature of the airfield is the gravel runway of 4,360 feet, which is aligned 09-27 and without lights or PAPI; there are no buildings. I have revised the altitude to 725 feet above sea level as this gets rid of sloping lake water. I had originally intended to post Gunisao Lake lodge before this one, but I now cannot find where I stored the photos to be able to make the updates and revisions. I suspect I deleted them, in which case it is not going to happen. This is posted as an individual airport with textures etc but should be added into the Gillam post by copying over the BGL's and textures (though some of the textures are probably already in the Gillam post).
