About This File
FS2004 Scenery--Oxford House CYOH in north Manitoba Canada. Oxford House is a settlement on the eastern shore of Oxford Lake, around 115 miles southeast of Thompson and 100 miles south of Gillam. It was the site of a Hudson Bay fur trading post from 1798 onwards and is now a First Nations Cree community with a population of just under 2,000. There are several other settlements and tourist lodges in this area, most of which will follow on from this post. The airfield at Oxford House is close to the settlement and has a gravel runway of 3,000 feet, aligned 04-22, lit, and with PAPI at both ends. This is posted as an individual airport with textures etc but can be added into the Gillam post by copying over the BGL's and textures (though the textures should all be already in the Gillam post). Whatever you prefer to do. I just noticed that I did not include the lighting bgl and textures in the posting of Shamattawa; this has no significance if you are adding to the Gillam post, but if you are adding them individually then you should copy them over from this post. If you find an error email me please. By Roger Wensley.
