About This File

X-Plane Fresno Rail Passenger Depot 1.0. The City of Fresno in California is home to this fantastic building which originally opened in the year 1899. Over the years, it has functioned as the passenger rail terminal for Bakersfield, Oakland & Sacramento. The Station was extended nine times since 1908 but unfortunately fell into disrepair in 1966 and was boarded up in the 1990's. The City of Fresno purchased the building in 2003 and after a renovation costing $6 Million, it re opened in 2005, restored to its former 1899 glory. Made in SketchUp and converted for X-Plane with Marginal's SketchUp2XPlane utility. To be able to see this object, you will either have to create a new scenery, or edit an existing one (in both cases, this file would need to be added to the scenery's 'objects' folder). You will then need to edit the scenery with either WED or Overlay Editor to achieve your desired results. By Paul Mort.
