About This File

FSX/FSX-SE Scenery--KCTY Cross City Airport, FL, USA KCTY Cross City Airport is located in Cross City, Florida for FSX/FSX-SE. Formerly known as Cross City Army Airfield during World War II, Cross City Airport (KCTY) located in central Florida is a publicly owned, public use facility established in April, 1940. KCTY features a 5001 x 100 foot wide asphalt runway and a 5005 x 75 foot wide asphalt runway, with a lighted wind indicator in a segmented circle, a white-green beacon and other lights required for night-time operation. The airport is home to 10 aircraft of all types - single engine to helicopters. This version came about as an attempt to provide a more accurate version of this airport and the surrounding area. The project uses all freely available libaries and is an approximate representation of the airport. By Frederick Zealor.
