FSX Kodiak Triple-Wide Panel Fixes. Updated panel.cfg files for the Lionheart Creations Quest Kodiak to fix the issue with the main 2D panel not properly appearing while using triple-wide setups like TH2G or ATI Eyefinity, as well as repositions and resizes all other 2D panel windows to try and take maximum advantage of the three monitor setup.
