  1. FS2004 US Army C-7A Caribou

FS2004 US Army C-7A Caribou. Designed for flying into forward battle zones where short, unimproved airstrips mandated the ability to take off and land in very short distances, the Caribou could carry various loads, including 26 fully-equipped paratroops, 32 fully-equipped ground troops, 22 stretchers with wounded, or nearly 9,000 pounds of cargo, including vehicles. Caribou production ceased in 1973, with 307 aircraft built. A good number of these are still in operation today. Textures only, you must have payware Virtavia Caribou. These textures are of a US Army C-7A stationed on the Kwajalein Atoll/Missle Range circa 1960's-1980's. By James Craig.

  9. FS2004 USMC Fairchild C-119F 700

FS2004 USMC Fairchild C-119F 700. C-119F Flying Boxcars served the Marines for well over 25 years. While a cantankerous beast, the aircraft served the Marines quite well, and filled an essential Mission reqiurement until a better aircraft could be developed. While remembered for propeller failures, engine shutdowns, and landing gear malfunctions, the aircraft afforded the Marines an excellent airdrop platform and offered a rest and recreation escape for many of the men. The last of the C-119F's went into storage at MASDC in July 1975. Textures only. You must have Daisuke Yamamoto's C119fix.zip. Most of the textures were by Ted Giana...tail squadron/aircraft numbers, and prop textures, by James Craig.

  14. FS2004 Swiss F-35A

FS2004 Swiss F-35A. This is a simple repaint for the MGAI Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II by Mark Griggs (2013). I gave it the panel, sound and the .air and .cfg files from the F-16 Fighting Falcon (VIPER) by Kirk Olsson. Test flown in FS2004 and FSX. For FSX you'll need another panel! The Swiss federal council has just decided to buy a series of the F-35 to complement our airforce. The buzznumber J-6004 is still fictional, seems sensible since the F/A-18 are numbered in the 5000 range. Some quirks from the AI model: pilot is visible when the lights are on, the gear and flaps deploy at slow speeds only, so you can switch them at high speeds already. By Hans Wuhrmann.

  22. FS2004 ANG Fairchild C-119L

FS2004 ANG Fairchild C-119L. The C-119L version came out in the early 1970's, with the Air Force adding Hamilton Standard 3 bladed props from retired Lockheed Constellations to several Air National Guard C-119G's. Anyway, this is a fix I should have made many years ago! This one is painted up in the colors of a 143rd Special Operations Squadron 119L (38193) based out of T.F. Green Airport, Rhode Island (ANG), circa 1972-75. The model/panel/VC, were made by Daisuke Yamamoto, and (proper) textures by James Craig. Once again, everything is included; model, panel, sounds textures, etc. By James Craig.

  23. FS2004 USAF MATS Lockheed C-121

FS2004 USAF MATS Lockheed C-121. This file contains five liveries for the Manfred Jahn/Connie Team Lockheed Constellation C121, and requires the prior installation of their L1049H package (L1049H.ZIP). The liveries concerned are for aircraft of the 41st and 76th Transport Squadrons of the US Air Force based at Charleston, which were part of the Military Air Transport Service and used C-121s between 1955 and 1962. They are distinguished here by their Lockheed Construction Numbers, which were not the same as their USAF serials. Those concerned are 4173, 4175, 4192 and 4194, and all the liveries are based on surviving photographs. 4175, which later in its career became the Breitling Super Constellation, is represented twice because it was at one time painted in a bare metal livery which seems to have been very unusual among USAF MATS aircraft. By Ken Lawson and Frank Gonzalez.

  24. FS2004 Swiss Hunting Percival HB-HOF DXT3

FS2004 Swiss Hunting Percival HB-HOF DXT3. I have tried to get the side and bow windows more or less transparent. Looks better than without any transparency, while the relatively small openings and "stained glass" are not too wide. To see the landscape, engines and the retracted front gear through the front glass cannot be avoided. If you don't like the new repaint: the old DXT1 is called *.res. Just in case, rename it, or save the old one! By Hans Wuhrmann.
