FS2004 Southwest USA 1963 Airports Scenery (Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada). This scenery was created to provide taxiways, buildings and details as they were around 1963 for airline-served airports in the Southwestern US (except for Las Vegas and California, which have already been released). Several new Gmax terminals have been created, with many other details included. Major airports include Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque, Salt Lake City, and Reno, along with many minor airports too. FS2004 1959 & 1962 California Airports Scenery. Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. This file is not to be used for modern FS installations! This scenery provides taxiways, buildings and details as they were around 1959 and 1962 for airports with airline service in California (CA), USA. We've added custom Gmax terminals for 40 airports, usually with many other details included (a total of over 300 new Gmax objects!). We've also replaced the default buildings with library objects and added a few terminal details to virtually every California airport that was served by a major or local airline in the 1950's (for a total of 56 airports). FS2004 Scenery--1962 Chicago O'Hare Airport, Illinois (IL), USA. Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. This file is not to be used for modern FS installations! This scenery depicts Chicago O'Hare airport as it was circa 1962, and features the now demolished original control tower terminals as well as the Welcome to O'Hare airport sign listing Mayor Richard J. Daley. One of the most remarkable features of this scenery is that it also brings back the city of Chicago to 1960. You will notice that both Willis Tower and John Hancock buildings are not there as neither was built back then. Chicago Soldier field has also been remodeled to its 1960 former glory. This scenery provides new Gmax terminals, taxiways, buildings and details as they were around 1960 for 27 airports in the Pacific Northwest region, including Seattle (KSEA), Portland (KPDX) and many others. We've also created 11 smaller classic airports in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington then served by airlines. These do not include custom Gmax terminals but use instead one of our generic Classic Terminals object for the terminal, since we did not have photos. This scenery provides a new GMAX terminal, buildings and details as they were around 1962 for Minneapolis St. Paul Intl Airport. It includes the new terminal, ramp equipment, and the ADE airport file, along with the NWA hangars, SuperAmerica gas station, and many of the outbuildings. It also provides a simple version of St. Paul Holman Field, a nearby GA airport. Also included is a 1959 airport, which uses the old terminal. FS2004 1962 Miami Intl Airport Scenery. Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. In 1945 the City of Miami established a Port Authority and raised bond revenue to purchase Pan American Field, which had been renamed 36th Street Airport, from Pan Am. It merged with the Army airfield south of the railroad in 1949 and expanded further in 1951 when the railroad line was moved south to make room. The old terminal on 36th Street was closed in 1959 when the modern passenger terminal (since greatly expanded) opened. Requires the FS2004 Classic Scenery Libraries 1 and Classic Scenery Libraries 2. FS2004 1962 Mexico City Airport Scenery. Part of the CalClassic Archive Project. This scenery provides the Mexico City airport as it was circa 1962. The new terminal is in operation, along with the cargo terminal. The domestic airlines serving the airport in 1962 were Aeronaves de Mexico, Mexicana, Lineas Aereas de California, LAUMSA, and LAUSA. International airlines included Aeronaves Peruanas (APSA), Aeronaves de Mexico, Mexicana Guest, Air France, American, AVIANCA, Braniff, Pan American, Cubana, Eastern, Canadian Pacific, Iberia, KLM, LACSA, Mexicana, Sabena, TACA, VARIG, and Western. FS2004 1958 and 1962 Denver Stapleton Airport Scenery This scenery package depicts Denver Stapleton Air Field as appeared in circa 1958 and 1962. In 1958 the original hanger stood where the east end of the United Air Lines office building is. The Combs Aviation hangar was the second of the 2 original hangars built within a year of the airport's opening and remained standing until the 1967 airport expansion project. The restaurant addition to the original terminal dated back to the early 1940s, and remained til the closing of the airport in 1995. The 1962 version of Stapleton is an example of an airport in transition. The old terminal used in the 1958 version is being replaced by a terminal to be opened in 1964. In our version (sometime in 1962 is our best guess) the northern portion of aircraft parking at the old terminal has been closed in preparation for the construction of the new terminal building and thus a temporary finger has been built between the construction sites of the 2 fingers for the new terminal. The new terminal's north finger is under construction, while the south finger will soon be. At this time the northern part of the old terminal is still intact, but about to be torn down to make way for new terminal construction. To allow for more flights, the south extension of the old terminal has been completely enclosed from the weather and the freight building has been enlarged. It also includes 34 simple Rocky Mountain airports that had airline service. Requires the FS2004 Classic Scenery Libraries 1 and Classic Scenery Libraries 2. FS2004 1962 Pittsburgh Airport Scenery

FS2004 1962 Pittsburgh Airport Scenery This package will backdate the default Pittsburgh Intl. airport (KPIT) to circa 1962, using the old terminal built by Nick Botamer. Tom Gibson modified Nick's 1975 terminal to its 1962 appearance and added a few hangars and military buildings. Mike Stevens created the ADE file, ground polygons, and all the rest of the details. Thanks to Christian Page for releasing the 1975 KPIT scenery and thus making Nick's terminal available. The new airport, christened as Greater Pittsburgh Airport opened on 31 May 1952. The first flight was on 3 June 1952. In its first full year of operation in 1953, more than 1.4 million passengers used the terminal. "Greater Pitt" was then considered modern and spacious. The airport terminal was the largest in the United States, second only to Idlewild Airport's (now JFK Airport) in New York when it was completed five years later. FS2004 1961 Rome Fiumicino Airport Scenery The airport was officially opened on 15 January 1961 with two runways, replacing the smaller Rome Ciampino Airport, which remains in service for some low-cost airlines as well as domestic and charter operations. Despite being officially opened in 1961, Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport had actually been in use since 20 August 1960. This was to help relieve air traffic that was congesting Rome Ciampino Airport during the 1960 Summer Olympics. This is the International airport of the Republic of Zambia. Scenery was built using Sketchup, ADE,AFLT, SbuilderFs9, Tropical trees API by Bill Melichar. FS2004 Scenery - Death Valley Desert Strip, Ca. (L51)

Death Valley Desert Strip, California (L51), was constructed to test the Aeroworks-Technologies ARX-6 Roadrunner (which means it sports a regulation F1 Air Race track!) After the ARX-6 completed testing, L51 found itself at the center of multiple videos, VA races, and other events. With new outside interests, L51 received upgrades: A new shop, two new hangars, a swimming pool, BBQ, vending machines, club cars, paved roads, and a "fancy" eating area.
But, interest died down and L51 found itself as a "vacation" spot. Though it's maintained, the airfield hasn't seen activity in many years... Left to sit. These days, it's nothing more than another Panchos.

FS2004 Scenery - Borealis Operations Center. Borealis is a fictional scenery located far north on Banks Island, Northwest Territories, Canada. It is Aeroworks-Technologies' (ARX) primary northern operations hub supporting the ARX TR-3B, REDACTED, REDACTED reconnaissance missions, and northern orbit-based satellite launches. Borealis also acts as a test facility, much like Groom Lake, or Tonopah Test Range in the real world, but specializes in cold weather testing for Aeroworks projects.

Package contains the classic re-creation (1958-1962) of almost all scheduled service small to medium airports in Pennsylvania. Various sources such as old airport charts, aerial images, and old photos were used to recreate these air fields to their former glory. Many hours have gone into research and custom building design so I hope you enjoy this scenery.
