X-Plane 11.50+ Vought F7U-3M Cutlass 1.0.3
X-Plane 11.50+ Vought F7U-3M Cutlass 1.0.3. The Vought F7U Cutlass was a United States Navy carrier-based jet fighter and fighter-bomber of the early Cold War era. Regarded as a radical departure from traditional aircraft design, the Cutlass suffered from numerous technical and handling problems throughout its short service career. The type was responsible for the deaths of four test pilots and 21 other U.S. Navy pilots. The aircraft presented here is an aircraft of VX-4, Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Four aboard USS Shangri-La. Credit goes to Beber for the use of his pilot. X-Plane 11.30+ Valiant B1 3.1.1
X-Plane 11.30+ Valiant B1 3.1.1. The Valiant was the first V bomber in service, and the first out of service! It was designed as a low-tech stop gap until the more risky Vulcan and Victor were brought into service. The Valiant didn't have the aesthetic beauty of its Vulcan and Victor stable-mates, so it's the lesser known V-bomber. This is a collaborative work using the existing build previously posted. It is released as a new plane because it has has significant added functionality. Major credits are to Daniel Grimes for his original framework, and also to Dom Henry for hours of detailed graphics work and subsequent object blending (particularly on the complicated intake area). Undercarriage, airbrake, intake geometry and bomb bay improvements were my own main contributions. Includes an operational 3D cockpit, seats and night lighting. Version 3.1.1: modified nuclear weapons for better free fall. Please see the included documentation for further details on this model. By Ray Hill.148 downloads

X-Plane 11.50+ Grumman E-2 Hawkeye 2.1.0
X-Plane 11.50+ Grumman E-2 Hawkeye 2.1.0. David Austin of AOA Simulations has kindly given me permission to re-post this update for X-Plane 11. I have added wing folding which isn't strictly true to life (operate using dihedral lever at mid bottom of panel) but other than some realignment of fin-tips it is as per his original. A great piece of work last touched in 2010. Good stuff on the panel and sounds and engine/prop wind up is very plausible. By Ray Hill.163 downloads

X-Plane 11.50+ Northrop B-2 Spirit 1.0
X-Plane 11.50+ Northrop B-2 Spirit 1.0. Odd that a plane made to destroy things can be so beautiful. When Ray Hill recently uploaded a B2 it reminded me of the one I used to have in my hangar. Here it is updated in many ways. Obviously it began as the default B2 by Austin Meyer and Javier Rollon. I think there was an intermediate update with addition to the 2D cockpit panel but he never put his name in the author box, so he is sadly forgotten as I built on his panel and moved ahead. Although not entirely 3D, I like to call my cockpits hybrids, as they have a 3D cockpit shell but retain the 2D panel (though the instruments get moved around a bit and duplicated for the co-pilot, or commander in this case). I think it improves situational awareness because you get the right view out the windows. Making an entire 3D cockpit with levers and buttons just takes up too much time and effort. Apart from the pretty green instruments and improved panel in a 3D cockpit shell, I also corrected the external lighting, added some 2000lb JDAMs, and adjusted the flight model somewhat. It cruises nicely with long range around 280 KIAS between 35,000 and 50,000 feet. Takeoff and landing is not very challenging other than the tendency to pitch up suddenly if you rotate early and it needs full airbrake and a firm putting down on the runway (don't let it float a lot) around 100 KIAS at touchdown.
