  1. X-Plane 11.50+ English Electric Canberra PR9 1.1

X-Plane 11.50+ English Electric Canberra PR9 1.1. The English Electric Canberra is a British first-generation jet-powered medium bomber that was manufactured during the 1950s. The Canberra PR9 was the final photo reconnaissance version. This aircraft was furnished with a new crew compartment, a redesigned inner wing section, and much more powerful RA.24 Avon engine. The aircraft presented here was used by No. 39 (1 PRU) Squadron during Operation Veritas in Afghanistan. X-Plane 10 version can be found here: ee_canberra_pr.zip. Credits goes to Beber for the use of his pilot. By Philippe Gastebois.

  2. X-Plane 11.40+ Grumman F-14B Tomcat 1.0

X-Plane 11.40+ Grumman F-14B Tomcat 1.0. The Grumman F-14 Tomcat is an American supersonic, twin-engine, two-seat, twin-tail, variable-sweep wing fighter aircraft. First I need to thank Perry for permission to use his HUD ideas, and also Sailor for his continued help with switches, photographs and insignia. This New F-14B is a massive 3D update over our previous model. Domhenry joined our team to bring this model up to date for 2020, and almost all the updates here are by Dom. Not only did he update the 3D model and add FMOD sound, he also then did a fantastic job of painting the 10 liveries that we offer here. When flying this F-14, always have the trim control assigned to your controller or keypad, otherwise you'll end up with far too much up lift. Also remember in the aircraft folder there are handy hints from the real F-14 manual. By Alan Ashforth.

  3. X-Plane MiG-29

X-Plane MiG-29. The Mikoyan MiG-29 (Russian: МикоÑн МиГ-29; NATO reporting name: Fulcrum) is a twin-engine jet fighter aircraft designed in the Soviet Union. Developed by the Mikoyan design bureau as an air superiority fighter during the 1970s, the MiG-29, along with the larger Sukhoi Su-27, was developed to counter new U.S. fighters such as the McDonnell Douglas F-15 Eagle and the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon. The MiG-29 entered service with the Soviet Air Forces in 1982. While originally oriented towards combat against any enemy aircraft, many MiG-29s have been furnished as multirole fighters capable of performing a number of different operations, and are commonly outfitted to use a range of air-to-surface armaments and precision munitions. The MiG-29 has been manufactured in several major variants, including the multirole Mikoyan MiG-29M and the navalised Mikoyan MiG-29K; the most advanced member of the family to date is the Mikoyan MiG-35. Later models frequently feature improved engines, glass cockpits with HOTAS-compatible flight controls, modern radar and infrared search and track (IRST) sensors, and considerably increased fuel capacity; some aircraft have also been equipped for aerial refueling. Following the dissolution of the Soviet Union, the militaries of a number of former Soviet republics have continued to operate the MiG-29, the largest of which is the Russian Air Force. The Russian Air Force wanted to upgrade its existing fleet to the modernised MiG-29SMT configuration, but financial difficulties have limited deliveries. The MiG-29 has also been a popular export aircraft; more than 30 nations either operate or have operated the aircraft to date. As of 2013 the MiG-29 was still in production by Mikoyan, a subsidiary of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) since 2006. This plane is free, it was my first plane for X-Plane, the start of a great adventure. By Pizzagalli.ch

X-Plane 11 Douglas C-124A. Back from an X-Plane past: "Old Shakey", the Douglas C-124 A Globemaster II transport plane. Still the same, very basic shape (dates back to X-Plane 5.66) but now with a revised flight model and other adjustments/refinements. Try it for long freight flights to Antarctica! Note: check the included document (C-124A_DNA.txt) for information, setup and flying tips. By Pedro van Leeuwen.

  7. X-Plane 11.50+ Hawker Hunter Mod And Liveries 1.2.0

X-Plane 11.50+ Hawker Hunter Mod And Liveries 1.2.0. This is an acf mod plus new liveries for the Hawker Hunter by Ray Hill (with permission): hawker_hunter_f_mk6_combat_set.zip. This is the only Hunter we have for X-Plane 11 and so I felt it needed a little more love. This mod improves the turning and rolling ability of the Hunter and has given it a reduced landing speed with increased lift, more effective flaps and air brake. Also the cockpit, panel and view point have been changed so as to allow better visibility of the runway when landing. There are also 7 new liveries, which I hope you will enjoy. Documentation included. By Alan Ashforth.

X-Plane 11.25+ Grumman F9F-5 Panther 1.2. The Grumman F9F Panther is one of the United States Navy's first successful carrier-based jet fighters, as well as Grumman’s first jet fighter. A single-engined, straight-winged day fighter, it was armed with four 20 mm (0.79 in) cannons and could carry a wide assortment of air-to-ground munitions. The Panther was used extensively by the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps in the Korean War. The aircraft presented here is an aircraft of VF-122 squadron assigned to USS Oriskany and took part of the Korean War. Credit goes to Beber for the use of his pilots. Version 1.2: several modifications to improve takeoff behaviour (nose wheel steering angle increased, CG position). Trim indicators also added. By Philippe Gastebois.

X-Plane 11.50+ Sukhoi Su-34 (Armed) 1.2.1. The Sukhoi Su-34 is a Soviet-origin Russian twin-engine, twin-seat, all-weather supersonic medium-range fighter-bomber/strike aircraft. It first flew in 1990, intended for the Soviet Air Forces, and it entered service in 2014 with the Russian Air Force. The model presented here is Barry Leger's excellent Su-34, now updated so as to fly in X-Plane 11. Many thanks to Sean McLeod for his encouragement and full back catalogue to Barry's work. Barry's copyright (as requested), is contained in the aircraft folder. The purpose of updating these models, apart from keeping Barry's work alive, is because the aircraft I'm going to upload are simply not yet available in X-Plane 11. Please give it a try and let me know of any problems. I hope you enjoy it. Documentation included. By Alan Ashforth.

  16. X-Plane 11.50+ Sukhoi Su-33 1.0

X-Plane 11.50+ Sukhoi Su-33 1.0. The Sukhoi Su-33 is an all-weather carrier-based twin-engine air superiority fighter designed by Sukhoi and manufactured by Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aircraft Production Association, derived from the Su-27 and initially known as the Su-27K. This excellent old aircraft by SRX7775 (2012) and before him by Barry Leger, has been updated so as to fly in X-Plane 11. Thanks to SRX7775 for permission. For my part, I have made the canopy appear, moved the weapons into position, and fixed the glass so that it doesn't show the ground when flying through clouds. In the future I might add a 3D cockpit and maybe some new paints. For now, enjoy the ability to turn on a sixpence and really throw this aircraft around. You could even engage in a bit of aerial combat! By Alan Ashforth.

  19. X-Plane 11.50+ Northrop YF-23 Blackwidow 1.4

X-Plane 11.50+ Northrop YF-23 Blackwidow 1.4. Thanks to David Austin for allowing me to update and post his YF-23 Black Widow from X-Plane 8. Thanks also to G-RJWA for adding VR compatibility to V1.3. It's a very interesting aircraft, both to look at and fly, and also has a cool 3D cockpit with great ideas. To convert to X-Plane 11, I had to update the airfoils and fuselage obj, and also update the GPS to the X-Plane 11 model. This aircraft carries four AMRAM's in a weapons bay, for which there is an "open" switch. The missile is designed to drop for one second first, before the motor kicks in. By Alan Ashforth.

  20. X-Plane 10 SEM Super Etendard Modernis

X-Plane 10 SEM Super Etendard Modernis. Following a request from a SEM fan (he will recognize himself, I'm sure), I adapted, with the authorization of the FSX SEM authors. It is a 3D model, with now a quality 1K texture. The 1k texture is converted to 4K, but I have to improve these textures soon to make real 4K, also PBR. The plane is therefore not finished, it is a first raw model. There will be automatisms with lua files. I still have to model the 3D cockpit and several improvements. The plane is fully animated and VR in version 3D cockpit. By Franco Pizzagalli.

  21. X-Plane 11.50+ Tornado F-3 1.3

X-Plane 11.50+ Tornado F-3 1.3. The Panavia Tornado Air Defence Variant was a long-range, twin-engine interceptor version of the swing-wing Panavia Tornado. The aircraft's first flight was on 27 October 1979, and it entered service with the Royal Air Force in 1986. The Tornado F3 was an improved version, powered by two Turbo-Union RB.199-34R Mk 104 engines, with automatic wing sweep control, increased AIM-9 carriage and avionics upgrades. Thanks to David Austin, for allowing me to bring his excellent X-Plane 9 Tornado F-3: tornado_adv_f3.zip to X-Plane 11. I had to convert the fuselage to 800 obj, and adjust the flight model as best I could. A new 3D cockpit has been added along with new pilot models. I added Ray Hill's IFR switch and probe, so it is fully IFR capable now. The swing wings are automatic, as on the real aircraft, and its flight duration is excellent, and this was one of its strengths. It was aimed at defending the UK against Russian bombers like the Tupolev Tu-22, so it isn't made to compete with agile fighters like the Sukhoi Su-27 and Mikoyan MiG-29. By Alan Ashforth.

The DeHavilland DH110 Sea Vixen is a British twin-engine, twin boom-tailed, two-seat, carrier-based fleet air-defence fighter flown by the Royal Navy's Fleet Air Arm during the 1950s through the early 1970s. Davide De March has kindly given me permission to re-publish his original work from X-Plane 9; in this case his de Havilland Sea Vixen (sea-vixen_scimitar_v9.zip). There are two version contained within this download: FAW1 and FAW2. Please see the included documentation for further details and credits. Version 2.2.1: minor update on FAW1, added opening nosecone to show radar (operates off wing folding/dihedral lever). By Ray Hill.

The British Aircraft Corporation TSR2 was a cancelled Cold War strike and reconnaissance aircraft developed by the British Aircraft Corporation for the Royal Air Force in the late 1950s and early 1960s. It was first flown at Dunsfold, Surrey, in 1974 as the Hawker Siddeley Hawk, and subsequently produced by its successor companies, British Aerospace and BAE Systems.
