Version 1.1: this is a small change to my 3rd ever uploaded plane, so don't expect any improvement in detail! However you can now launch it from Sean McLeod’s B-29: B-29_SUPERFORTRESS_XP1105.ZIP. Enclosed in this update is B29.xxacf which contains all the changes to allow the B-29 to fly in AI mode and do air drops (minus weapons for weight).     X-Plane 11.50+ Hawker Hunter Mk6 Combat Version 6.2.2. Here is the combat version of the Hawker Hunter. When you load, it shows external trolleys for the Aden gunpack plus 2 x SNEB rocket reload trolleys. Arming the guns moves the gun package into the fuselage. Pilot is from Beber, suitably shrunk to regulation RAF size. This version is quite a large upgrade with loads of new manipulators and custom avionics in the cockpit, so please see the included documentation for further details. By Ray Hill.

    X-Plane 11.40+ Bell X-1 Version 2.1. This is a completely new build of my earlier submission which incorporates more sophisticated modelling and animation techniques. This famous plane is probably familiar to most enthusiasts, but there is also plenty of information on Wikipedia, etc, the movie "The Right Stuff". Check out the enclosed pilots operating PDF and another PDF which is one of the original NACA reports from the project. Why not take it into your aero' lab' and experiment with building/testing different airfoils. This aircraft got through Mach 1, but the final one, the X-1E, broke Mach 3. Version 2.1 includes a new ZIP with revised .ACF’s for the Jacques Brault's B-29: b-29_superfortress_xp1105.zip and the X-1 which gives better positioning for airdrop and a config image for setup.     X-Plane 11.40+ Hawker Hunter WB188 4.01. This was the first prototype which was modified and flown by Neville Duke in 1953 to gain the world airspeed record along the South Coast of England. This aeroplane is on display at Tangmere, from where it originally made its record breaking flight. The major modifications were an Avon engine with re-heat, pointed nose and a split airbrake to the tail...plus a lot of polish! Please see the included documentation for further details.     X-Plane 11.50+ Grumman F-11 Tiger 1.2. This is Philippe Gastebois' F-11 prototype: GRUMMAN_F11F-1F_SUPER_TIGER.ZIP, converted (with permission) to the original Tiger of 1956. The Grumman F11F/F-11 Tiger is a supersonic, single-seat carrier-based United States Navy fighter aircraft in operation during the 1950s and 1960s. The F11 Tiger is noted for being the first jet aircraft to shoot itself down. I have added a 3d cockpit, 4 nose cannons and a working tail hook.     X-Plane 11.50+ Sukhoi Su-39 Frogfoot 1.1. The Sukhoi Su-25 Grach is a subsonic, single-seat, twin-engine jet aircraft developed in the Soviet Union by Sukhoi. The Su-25T and the Su-25TM (also known as the Su-39) were further developments, not produced in significant numbers. The model presented here is Barry Leger's excellent Sukhoi Su-39, now updated so as to fly in X-Plane 11. Many thanks to Sean McLeod for his encouragement and full back catalogue to Barry's work.     X-Plane 11.50+ MiG 17F /PF /PFU Fresco 1.5. This update to the MiG 17F by Philippe Gastebois (MIG-17F.ZIP) (thanks for the permission) includes a basic 3D cockpit, working guns and new liveries. The MiG 17F was introduced in 1952 as an advanced version of the MiG 17. With its introduction of an early afterburner, performance was much improved, though still subsonic. Flying tips: generally fly with up trim applied, a gauge has been added to the panel for you to set it just right. Also the aircraft is a little wallowy, so be gentle in the roll. Overall though, it's a great, fun aircraft to fly. V1.5 has a much improved flight model where you no longer have to have almost full up trim to fly level, also better panel with VOR. The North American F-100 Super Sabre is an American supersonic jet fighter aircraft that served with the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1971 and with the Air National Guard until 1979. The first of the Century Series of USAF jet fighters, it was the first USAF fighter capable of supersonic speed in level flight. The model presented here is Barry Leger's excellent F100D, now updated so as to fly in X-Plane 11. Many thanks to Sean McLeod for his encouragement and full back catalogue to Barry's work. Barry's copyright (as requested), is contained in the aircraft folder. The purpose of updating these models, apart from keeping Barry's work alive, is because the aircraft I'm going to upload are simply not yet available in X-Plane 11.     X-Plane 11.50+ Yak-15 Feather 1.6. The Yakovlev Yak-15 was a first-generation Soviet turbojet fighter developed by the Yakovlev design bureau immediately after World War II. It used a reverse-engineered German Junkers Jumo 004 engine. It was one of the lightest jet fighters made, hence the NATO name of Feather. In total, 280 aircraft were built, and it's main use was converting pilots from piston engined Yak-3's to Jet fighters. Many thanks to Philippe Gastebois for allowing me to update his excellent work: yak-15_uploaded.zip. My mod of Philippe's aircraft includes new metal paint, 3D cockpit (my first ever using parts from Ray Hill's work, again my thanks), removal of warning sounds (annoying) and other small changes. Please give it a try and let me know of any problems. I hope you enjoy it. V1.6 has the wheels contacting the ground (of all things), and increased fuel consumption, the real Yak-15 had very heavy fuel consumption. Documentation included in the download. It entered service in 1965 and remained one of the front-line designs into the 1990s. This is an update of Dominic Smith's (Lightman) Su-15: SU-15_FLAGON.ZIP with his permission, and before him Jacques Brault.
