FSX Supermarine Sea Otter With Updated Panels. The Supermarine Sea Otter was a British designed anphibian biplane intended to replace the once venerable Supermarine Walrus in the Royal Air Force reconnaissance and search and rescue missions. It had the distinctions of being the last biplane flying boat to achieve front line service in Great Britain’s armed force. The package features an entirely resorked VC and 2D panel with all new gauges. Credits go to A.F. Scrub for the original model and to Hans van Spelde for the Dutch repaint. Panel updates and new gauge configuration by Michael Pook. The model may work in FS2004 and P3D (v.3). This is the whole aircraft.

The package features the two default and four liveries by different designers. New VC and 2D panel and some other improvements by Michael Pook. The model may also work in FS2004 and P3D(version 3). FSX/P3D v3,v4 CAC Boomerang. The Commonwealth Aircraft Corporation Boomerang was a single-seat fighter monoplane incorporating the principal features of the Wirraway. Designed and produced after the Japanese entered World War II as an emergency measure to strengthen the RAAF, 250 were built between 1942 and 1944 in four versions. Although not as good as the latest Japanese fighters, Boomerangs were successfully operated in New Guinea and elsewhere and also performed ground attack, target marking and reconnaissance duties. 13. FSX Junkers Ju-87 Stuka Updated

FSX Junkers Ju-87 Stuka Updated. This is a major panel and cockpit update for A.F. Scrub's Ju-87 Stuka package featuring a completely reworked and enhanced VC and petty much authentic gauges and panel configuration. The flight dynamics have also been optimized, so now the plane takes off in decent time and flies pretty stable. In additon to the original four repaints I've included a unique "Desert Snake" repaint by Wolfgang Faber and his team. Gun effects by Erwin Welker. The model was originally designed for CFS2 as far as I know, so credits go to the original designers (team Wolfgang Faber). Also thanks to A.F. Scrub for his earlier conversion. Reworked VC and flight dynamics by Michael Pook. Not sure if the model will work in FS2004 and P3D (version3) but it may.

  14. FSX TF-51D Mustang

FSX TF-51D Mustang "Contrary Mary" G-TFSI. This is a repaint for use with either the payware Warbirdsim "Restored Part 2" or "Mustang Tales" products. This repaint depicts TF-51D (P-51D-25-NT) 44-84847 "Contrary Mary", as it appears today, registered as G-TFSI, owned by Anglia Aircraft Restorations and operated by Ultimate Warbird Flights, based at Sywell and Duxford, England. This particular aircraft started off life in the late 1990's as a new-build airframe based on the identity of a Korean War-vet F-51D. The aircraft was originally completed in 2007 by Fighter Rebuilders for Stephen Grey (The Fighter Collection), painted as "Miss Velma" and based at Duxford, and then was sold to Anglia Aircraft Restorations in 2016. It was involved in an off-field forced landing at the 2017 Flying Legends Airshow, sustaining substantial damage, but was sent to the US for repairs and was back in the UK flying again within a year. The aircraft is now painted as P-51D-10-NA 44-14251 "Contrary Mary", as assigned to Col. Roy Caviness, Commanding Officer of the 78th Fighter Group in the summer of 1945, based at Duxford, England. The markings are that of a promotional/public relations paint scheme applied in the summer of 1945 (post VE-Day). Included is a version with invasion stripes, commemorating the 75th Anniversary of D-Day, as the restored aircraft had temporarily applied during some airshow events in September and October 2019. Custom interior textures and high quality normal maps also included. By John Terrell.

  16. FS2004/FSX Bf 109E 7

FS2004/FSX Bf 109E 7. In late 1938, the Bf 109E entered production. It was the standard Luftwaffe fighter in the first years of WW2. The Bf 109 (designed by Willy Messerschmitt) and the later variants were some of the greatest fighter aircraft of the war. They are certainly the most famous of all German aircraft ever built. Normal and trop variants included. Gmax model by A.F. Scrub.

  17. FSX/P3D Messerschmitt Bf109E

FSX/P3D Messerschmitt Bf109E. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 was the backbone of the Luftwaffe's fighter force. The Bf 109 first saw operational service in 1937 during the Spanish Civil War and was still in service at the dawn of the jet age at the end of World War II in 1945. The first redesign came with the E series. The Bf 109E (Emil) introduced structural changes to accommodate the heavier and more powerful 1,100 PS (1,085 HP) Daimler-Benz DB 601 engine, heavier armament and increased fuel capacity. Two models included. Standard and Trop variants. FSX/P3D native Gmax models by A.F. Scrub.

  18. FSX/P3D v3,v4 Messerschmitt 109 DISLU

FSX/P3D v3,v4 Messerschmitt 109 DISLU. The Messerschmitt Bf 109 V13 and V14 were racing prototypes utilizing the new Daimler-Benz DB 601 engine for the first time in a Bf109. Me 109 V14 was prepared for Ernst Udet to be flown at the 4th International Aviation Meeting near Zurich between 23 July and 1 August 1937. After flying the airplane to Zurich himself, Udet flew the aircraft in the Alps Circuit Race on 27 July, experienced engine trouble, and crash-landed the plane. He was not hurt but the aircraft was a write-off, ending a very brief, and no doubt embarrassing, public debut . FSX/P3D v3,v4 model by A.F. Scrub.

  19. FSX/P3D v3,v4 Messerschmitt 109B-D

FSX/P3D v3,v4 Messerschmitt 109B-D. Without a doubt, the Messerschmitt Bf 109 was Germany's most important, and most numerous, fighter of World War II. With more than 30,000 of all variants produced, it is easily the most numerous of any fighter type of the war. First flown in 1935 as the Bf 109a, this arch-enemy of Great Britain was fitted with, of all things, a Rolls-Royce engine. It did not meet with instantaneous enthusiasm from pilots used to open cockpits, two wings, and great low-speed agility such as the biplanes of World War I. The Bf 109B was the first version of this famous fighter to enter mass production. FSX/P3D v3,v4 model by A.F. Scrub.

  20. FSX Blackburn Firebrand Update

FSX Blackburn Firebrand Update. This is an update for FSX of the Blackburn Firebrand by A.F. Scrub. I have updated the flight dynamics; changed the internal fuel to what at least one web site said it should be (total gallons); changed both panels by adding gauges to them; fixed the fuel selector gauge; it was not made correct, or the one with the aircraft was messed up; remarked out the oxygen gauge that was causing the strobe lights to not work; and added a different autopilot. You can use the one with the radios, or the new one. For me the gun effects did not work. Apparently something is missing, or messed up some way. By Bob Chicilo.

  22. FSX P-51D "Twilight Tear"

FSX P-51D "Twilight Tear" (N251L). This repaint contains replacement and new files for the Warbirdsim P-51D "Twilight Tear: Then and Now" and "Mustang Tales" payware addons. This repaint depicts the restored P-51D-20-NA 44-63864, registered as N251L, owned by the Fagen Fighters WWII Museum in Granite Falls, MN. The aircraft is a WWII combat-vet restored in the original markings it had in 1945, assigned to Lt. Hubert "Bill" Davis of the 83rd FS, 78th FG, based at Duxford, England. Davis and this aircraft are credited with shooting down three Bf-109's in March 1945. Through the combined efforts of Tri-State Aviation, Odegaard Wings, Warhawks Inc. and AirCorps Aviation, the aircraft was restored to 100% WWII stock configuration with everything working, including the original wartime radio, gun camera, drop tanks, gun sight and armament. Following completion of restoration, and working with the ATF, real .50-cal machine guns were installed, bore-sighted and fired into a purpose-made firing range, in a one-time only event (replica guns have otherwise always been installed). The aircraft won the WWII Grand Champion Award at Oshkosh 2011. The files included provide a complete internal and external depiction of the restored aircraft. By John Terrell.

  23. FSX P-51D "Cripes A' Mighty" (N151BW)

FSX P-51D "Cripes A' Mighty" (N151BW). This is a repaint for the Warbirdsim P-51 D "Mustang Tales" and replacement textures for the "Cripes A' Mighty: Then and Now" payware addons. This repaint depicts the restored P-51D-30-NA 44-74813, registered as N151BW, owned by Thomas Ungurean of Zanesville, OH. Built too late to see action in WWII, the aircraft served in Canada as RCAF 9261 in the 1950's. Sold surplus in 1958 and passing through numerous civilian owners, the aircraft was eventually acquired by Ken Wagnon in 1996 and sent to Midwest Aero Restorations for ground-up restoration to complete WWII stock configuration. This benchmark-setting restoration was completed in 2002, winning Oshkosh WWII Grand Champion and later the Rolls-Royce Heritage Trophy two separate years. The aircraft is finished in the authentic markings of Maj. George Preddy's P-51D "Cripes A' Mighty" (IV) while he was the commander of the 328th FS, 352nd FG, 8th AF in December 1944. The highest scoring Mustang ace of WWII, Preddy was killed in action due to friendly fire on Christmas Day, 1944 during the Battle of the Bulge. This is part 1 of an 8 part series of Midwest Aero Mustangs. By John Terrell.

  24. FSX P-51D "Daddy's Girl" (N20MS)

FSX P-51D "Daddy's Girl" (N20MS). This is a repaint for the Warbirdsim P-51D "Mustang Tales" and replacement textures for the "Restored Part 2" payware addons. This repaint depicts the restored P-51D-20-NA 44-63807, registered as N20MS, owned by Charles Somers of Sacramento, CA. The aircraft is known to have been delivered to England and accepted by the 8th Air Force, but no combat assignments are known (likely remaining a pool aircraft). Light on hours/practically new, the aircraft was sent back to the US at the end of WWII and in 1950 was acquired by the Uruguayan Air Force, becoming FAU 272, and later was acquired by the Bolivian Air Force in 1960, then becoming FAB 506. The aircraft's military career ended in the mid 1970's with the aircraft becoming registered in Canada in 1977 as C-GXUO, and later as N20MS in the US in 1985. Acquired by Jon Vesely in 2001, the aircraft was sent to Midwest Aero Restorations for ground-up restoration which was completed in 2004, winning Reserve WWII Grand Champion at Oshkosh. The aircraft is finished in the authentic markings of Maj. Ray Wetmore's P-51D "Daddy's Girl", assigned to the 370th FS, 359th FG, 8th AF. This is part 2 of an 8 part series of Midwest Aero Mustangs. 25. FSX P-51D "Red Dog" (N514RP)

FSX P-51D "Red Dog" (N514RP). This is a repaint for the Warbirdsim P-51D "Mustang Tales" and "Restored Part 2" payware addons. This repaint depicts the restored P-51D-30-NA 44-74469, registered as N514RP, owned by Lawrence Classics, based at Bentonville, AR. Although having the identity of a Mustang built in 1945, the airframe that exists today really started as a parts-build in the 1990's, culminating in a first flight in 2000. In 2002, however, the aircraft was acquired by Classic American Aircraft and sent to Midwest Aero Restorations for ground-up restoration. One of the requirements of the restoration was for a completely smooth wing, with the majority of the panel lines and rivets filled with putty and block sanded to a perfect finish. Completed in 2006, the aircraft won Reserve WWII Grand Champion at Oshkosh. The aircraft is finished in the markings of Maj. Louis Norley's P-51D "Red Dog", assigned to the 334th FS, 4th FG, 8th AF. This is part 3 of an 8 part series of Midwest Aero Mustangs. By John Terrell.
